Job Description
- Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team of architects and engineers throughout project design and execution phases.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, external consultants, and internal teams.
- Review and validate architectural designs, engineering calculations, and technical drawings.
- Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, regulatory requirements, and sustainability standards.
- Guide and mentor junior team members, promoting a collaborative and problem-solving work environment.
- Oversee project documentation and provide regular progress reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Professional licensure (e.g., Registered Architect, Professional Engineer, or equivalent) is preferred.
- A minimum of 7–10 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- In-depth understanding of building systems, materials, and construction methodologies.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
