Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through data-driven digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid advertising for SaaS products and a proven track record of optimizing campaign performance to increase conversions and reduce acquisition costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and reduce CPA (Cost Per Acquisition).
- Manage daily campaign budgets and bidding strategies across platforms.
- Create and test ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to maximize conversion rates for SaaS products.
- Conduct audience research and develop targeting strategies to attract and retain SaaS users.
- Implement tracking and attribution systems to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and platform updates relevant to the SaaS industry.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising, preferably for SaaS companies.
- Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with ad tracking tools and marketing analytics platforms.
- Proficiency in analyzing and optimizing marketing funnels for SaaS conversion.
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies to improve campaign performance.
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or other advertising platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO principles for organic growth.
- Understanding of HTML and CSS for landing page optimizations.
- Experience with attribution modeling for measuring multi-touch campaigns.
