Job Description
- Work directly with the General Manager to manage all activities of the operation including employees, maintenance, sales, and profit/loss controls.
- Overview HR Matters including interviewing, hiring, training, assigning work, and performance appraisals.
- Ensure that product standards are met in all areas related to the shops and products.
- Strong Computer skills ( MS Office and project Manager)
- Organize the GM agendas on daily basis to ensure a fixed timeline for all tasks.
