Main Job Duties:
- Develop new business with new clients or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Open new markets in deferent sections ( automotive, real estate, communications, FMCG,ect)
- Register with new retail mega clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to customer needs and objectives
- Discuss briefs and designs with design studio to bring a design exactly matching with clients
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives high management
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results)
- Prepare reports on account status
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
- Enough experience in BTL services ( exhibitions, Events, stands, commercial stores) design and production
- Enough experience with BTL clients and accounts ( real estate, automotive , electronics , FMCG, communications )
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
