About the job :

Sales executive promote and sell the company's products and services and broaden the demand. Customers include individuals, businesses, Medical institutions and government organizations. As well as approaching potential customers with the aim of winning new business; sales executives work to maintain good relationships with existing clients, gaining repeat business wherever possible.

Requiring two types of sales:

  • Business to Business (B2B)
  • Business to Customer Or Consumer (B2C)

Job Description:

Help Nanoshield Team in the following Tasks: 

  • Reports to Head of Business Unit.
  • Presenting the product in a structured professional way face to face.
  • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
  • Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers.
  • Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
  • Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office & entering figures into a computer system.
  • Process all correspondence and paperwork related to accounts.
  • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
  • Inform clients of available options for advertising art, formats or features, and provide samples.
  • Deliver advertising or illustration proofs to clients for approval.
  • Prepare promotional plans, sales literature, media kits, and sales contracts.
  • Writing daily and weekly reports and monthly sales.

Job Requirements

Technical skills :

  • Middle or high university degree.
  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years’ specialty in sales field - preferable medical background
  • Open minded, with strong learning and adaptation ability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. (Arabic, English)
  • Ability to work with different teams in a multicultural and team player
  • Complex Problem Solving.
  • Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
  • Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.

Analytical skills. :

  • Must be able to look at their work effort and examine how they can develop the sales and persuasive ways that will be perceived by the consumer to ensure they convey the client’s desired needs.

Communication skills:

  • Must communicate effectively with clients, customers to ensure the customer satisfaction and fulfill their needs
  • Have improved negotiation skills, convey and deliver the information to the customers effectively.
  • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;

Computer skills:

  • Excellent using MS Office (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, and OUTLOOK).

Creativity

  • Must be able to think of new approaches to communicating ideas to consumers. They develop unique convincing ways that carry a recognizable meaning on behalf of their clients.

Time-management skills.

  • Handle multiple projects at the same time, each with a different deadline
