Job Description

  • The Personnel employee will be in charge of the Personnel department and all its activities in  the company.
  • Ensure company compliance with the Labor law.
  • Generate all the reports needed to be submitted to the government labor office.
  • Processes new employees, social insurance, employees termination, leave of absence, and other personnel actions, using appropriate forms and computer applications.
  • Create and maintain personnel records for each employee.
  • Keep records of work time and attendance Track employees absences (regular/ irregular), and send legal warnings accordingly.
  • Follow-up on each employees annual leave, sick leave and send them letters containing remaining balances.
  • Compile information from personnel records to be used as documentation for retirement calculations, disciplinary actions, grievance responses and confidential personnel reports.
  • Keeps record of insurance coverage, pension plan, and personnel transactions, such as hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations
  • Administration of social & health insurance for all company’s employees & determines company’s share as well as employee’s share.
  • Ensures company’s compliance with law & regulations on all personnel matters & present & issues any necessary documents required from official authorities (labor & insurance offices).
  • Responsible for Employment procedures regarding issuing new contracts & revising labor office insurance documents.
  • Assist in calculating employees’ annual appraisal & annual raise.
  • Responsible for employees annual & sick leaves.
  • Responsible for employees final settlements procedures.
  • Responsible for employees database system & employment files.
  • Responsible for issuing new employees IDs & renewal of existing ones annually.
  • Responsible for all the legal matters and disciplinary measures taken.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Prospective knowledge in labor laws, computer information technology systems, records management and personnel administration
  • Gender : Males
  • Other Skills: Very Good Communication Skills
