Job Description

  • Organizing the meetings and all related communication channels internally and externally.
  • Handling the MoMs and the action items following up
  • Handing the office administration aspects
  • Provide executive and administrative support to the CEO.
  • Maintain the executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.

Job Requirements

  • Has work experience in the same position, 2+ years
  • Fluent in English
  • Well organized
  • Excellent in the time management and following up
  • Keyboard typing 60 words per minutes as a minimum
  • V. good in Microsoft tools; i.e.: Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Good researcher
  • Experience in the software industry is a plus
  • Preferred to be close to Nasr city.
