Job Description
- Organizing the meetings and all related communication channels internally and externally.
- Handling the MoMs and the action items following up
- Handing the office administration aspects
- Provide executive and administrative support to the CEO.
- Maintain the executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
Job Requirements
- Has work experience in the same position, 2+ years
- Fluent in English
- Well organized
- Excellent in the time management and following up
- Keyboard typing 60 words per minutes as a minimum
- V. good in Microsoft tools; i.e.: Outlook, Word, Excel
- Good researcher
- Experience in the software industry is a plus
- Preferred to be close to Nasr city.
