Job Description
- Scheduling meetings and team-building sessions as required.
- Promptly answering the questions of staff and other stakeholders.
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with vendors.
- Preparing and filing forms and other documents.
- Assisting with recruitment in onboarding processes.
- Taking inventory and ordering office supplies as needed.
- Updating logs and order forms.
- Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or executive administrative assistant
- Previous experience in customer support, customer experience, and Customer Service.
- In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
- Hands-on experience with MS Office, and Software systems.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's Degree Holder
- Additional qualification as a personal assistant or secretary will be a plus
