Job Description

  • Scheduling meetings and team-building sessions as required.
  • Promptly answering the questions of staff and other stakeholders.
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with vendors.
  • Preparing and filing forms and other documents.
  • Assisting with recruitment in onboarding processes.
  • Taking inventory and ordering office supplies as needed.
  • Updating logs and order forms.
  • Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or executive administrative assistant
  • Previous experience in customer support, customer experience, and Customer Service.
  • In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office, and Software systems.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's Degree Holder
  • Additional qualification as a personal assistant or secretary will be a plus
