Job Description

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain contact lists.
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Book travel arrangements and handle visas process.
  • Provide general support and information to visitors and colleagues if needed.
  • Handle multiple tasks.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Write letters and emails.
  • Book conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels etc..
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Take accurate minutes of meetings.
  • Reply to email, telephone or face to face inquiries.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 Years of experience as a personal assistant.
  • Pervious experience in logistics or oil and gas industry.
  • Fluency in English is a MUST.
  • Resident of Heliopolis, Sheraton, El Nouzha, The 5th Settlement or Al Rehab is preferable.
  • Presentable.
  • Multi-Taskers.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Professionalism and Discipline.
