Job Description

Responsibilities
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Book travel arrangements and handle visas process.
- Provide general support and information to visitors and colleagues if needed.
- Handle multiple tasks.
- Carry out administrative duties such as typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Write letters and emails.
- Book conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels etc..
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Take accurate minutes of meetings.
- Reply to email, telephone or face to face inquiries.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 5 Years of experience as a personal assistant.
- Pervious experience in logistics or oil and gas industry.
- Fluency in English is a MUST.
- Resident of Heliopolis, Sheraton, El Nouzha, The 5th Settlement or Al Rehab is preferable.
- Presentable.
- Multi-Taskers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Professionalism and Discipline.
