Job Description

  • Responsible for Scheduling & arranges meeting rooms.
  • Assists in planning and arranging events.
  • Manage & keep stock of office supplies and place orders for purchasing when necessary.
  • Coordinate with the head of departments and execute requests as per company policy.
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
  • Handling guests & clients.
  • Manage & follow up on the responsibilities of the office boys.
  • Manage & coordinate the requests staff (expense requests, transportation requests).
  • Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the Country Manager and internal departments and act as a liaison between the organization and other external parties as assigned by the Country Manager.
  • Prepare confidential correspondence, itineraries, agendas and other confidential administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Manages the arrangement and appointment agenda of the Country Manager in all; meetings, interviews, visits, occasions and normal or up normal activities.
  • Attend executive meetings with the Country Manager, take meeting minutes to follow up on any tasks related to any Departments, and also attend some meetings on behalf of The county Manager if requested.
