Job Description

  1. Office Support: Provide general administrative support, including ordering and maintaining office supplies, coordinating equipment maintenance and repairs, and managing office facilities.
  2. Petty cash Management: to meet office needs.
  3. Communication and Liaison: Serve as a point of contact between internal staff, external stakeholders, clients, and vendors. Communicate information effectively and professionally.
  4. Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as expense tracking, budget monitoring, preparing presentations, taking meeting minutes, and other assigned duties.
  5. Data Entry and Database Management: Input and update data in databases, spreadsheets, or other systems accurately and efficiently. Maintain data integrity and generating reports as needed.
  6. Document Management: Create, edit, format, and proofread various documents, such as reports, memos, presentations, and spreadsheets. Ensure proper filing, storage, and retrieval of documents.
  7. Record Keeping: Maintain and organize records, files, and documentation in a systematic and secure manner. This may include employee records, contracts, invoices, or other important documents.
  8. Research and Reporting: Conduct research, gather information, and prepare reports or summaries as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant.
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Admin Assistant.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printer machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
