Job Description
- Office Support: Provide general administrative support, including ordering and maintaining office supplies, coordinating equipment maintenance and repairs, and managing office facilities.
- Petty cash Management: to meet office needs.
- Communication and Liaison: Serve as a point of contact between internal staff, external stakeholders, clients, and vendors. Communicate information effectively and professionally.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as expense tracking, budget monitoring, preparing presentations, taking meeting minutes, and other assigned duties.
- Data Entry and Database Management: Input and update data in databases, spreadsheets, or other systems accurately and efficiently. Maintain data integrity and generating reports as needed.
- Document Management: Create, edit, format, and proofread various documents, such as reports, memos, presentations, and spreadsheets. Ensure proper filing, storage, and retrieval of documents.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and organize records, files, and documentation in a systematic and secure manner. This may include employee records, contracts, invoices, or other important documents.
- Research and Reporting: Conduct research, gather information, and prepare reports or summaries as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant.
- 1-2 years of experience as an Admin Assistant.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printer machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
