Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in all aspects of project management and client relations.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, logs, and schedules; follow up with team members on action items.
  • Coordinate communication between departments to ensure project alignment.
  • Prepare presentations and dashboards for board meetings.
  • Monitor project deliverables and develop delivery plans.
  • Create status reports to track project progress.
  • Support any other management-related tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Architecture or Construction Management.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Presentable and professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Healthcare experience is an advantage.
