Job Description

Talent Manager is needed for a Video Chat application which is operating across the Middle East.

We are looking for an experienced & passionate individual to join our family, a product company which creates amazing products for customers across the globe and now planning to penetrate the MENA mobile video chat market.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and manage female Hosts, Idols and Talent Agencies.
  • Review past experience and have a brief conversion before adding into being added into platform.
  • Divide & manage 2 groups of hosts: Standard Host & VIP Host (for VIP users), base on earnings and activity.
  • Create process and best practices for managing Payments, Recruitment and retention of Idols.
  • Recruit VIP concierge for our Platinum customers which could get support anytime directly via the App and or on Whatsapp (In Arabic & English)
  • Be-in charge of earning reports and update key stakeholders
  • Act as an intermediary between the company & Hosts/Agencies:
  • Activate host account.
  • Urge host to work Agencies to recruit new idols and drive higher retention figures.
  • Remind the host’s & Idols not to violate the Platform terms and policies.
  • Troubleshoot between Company & Hosts
  • Report bugs to operation teams for prompt fixes to provide a better experience to hosts and users.
  • Collect Feedbacks from Idols about the product and their main obstacles and challenges to provide a better experience for Idols and Customers.
  • Cross-check payroll and redemption data of Idols & Agencies.
  • Act as Pulse's sole contact point regarding payments and redemptions of Hosts.
  • Take care of Platinum clients services:
    1. Responsible for establishing contact with VIP users, collecting, compiling, analysing and managing user information.
    2. Differentiate services for VIP users, answer questions and maintain good communication with users.
    3. Continue to follow up with the condition of VIP users every day, and make strategies to maintain and enhance user activity
    4. Coordinate and analyse various effective activities in accordance with the policies/plans of the operation team, and also help the operation team to collect questions and feedback from VIP users

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Based in Egypt.
  • Native Arabic Speaking and writing.
  • Good at English in both writing and speaking.
  • Strong Communication Skill, have related work experiences is a plus
  • Proficient in dating, video call - matching & live-streaming apps, understand the needs and psychology of normal & VIP users.
