Job Description

  • Identify potential clients as per commercial strategy
  • Meet and gather data from potential clients regarding logistics requirements
  • Design logistics solutions as per client requirements by aligning with MTS internal functions
  • Introduce and onboard client to various functions on the MTS Logistics team 
  • Pitch logistics design to potential client and secure trial shipments
  • Ensure all requirements are communicated clearly, positively and that all functions are aligned with the client requirements
  • Maintain strong and long lasting relationship between company and clients in the capacity of intermediary
  • Gather data from clients and investigate possible areas of expansion and development
  • Feedback from the client even positively to improve or negatively to solve the problem and get him back 
  • Problem solver for the client 

Job Requirements

  • Experience in the industry or 2 years as operations in forwarding
  • Ambition and an interest in the field of logistics
  • Both written and spoken proficiency in Arabic and English
  • Proficiency in research and computer use
  • Good understanding of local and global geography
  • Awareness of the market and a good understanding of local and global economy
  • Time commitment
  • Quick analytical and quantitative thinking skills
  • Positive thinking 
  • Powerful problem solving and negotiating skills
