Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable working independently or with a team and is able to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously.

Provide administrative support to all needed departments.

Maintain office filing system and update databases

Create and update written documents and presentations

Manage day-to-day operations of the office

- Carrying out the work of annual, sick and injury leaves in their special books and placing them in the workers' files.

- Preparing memos on the workers' requirements for leaves and advances to be presented to the administrative manager.

- Reviewing attendance and departure daily and recording their leaves in the human resources system.

- Reviewing absence from work to prepare dismissal warnings and dismissal decisions to be presented to the labor court.

- Preparing the performance evaluation for workers in terms of attendance, absence, sick leave and penalties for renewing the annual contract.

- Preparing papers and files for new appointees, nomination card, appointment decision contracts signed by the workers and their department managers.

- Follow up on appointments and resignations on company cars before sending them to the financial department to prepare their cost accounts.

- Follow up on the renewal of health certificates monthly to inform employees of their renewal.

- Recording medical cases that affect food safety in a special register and following up on them.

- Preparing annual periodic reports for company employees and reviewing their preservation in the employees' files in the archive and preparing bonus decisions for them.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • At least 3year of administrative experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft (MS) Office Suite and database software
  • Ability to work independently and multitask
  • Excellent Command of Communication and interpersonal skills
