Job Description
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety programs aligned with local regulations and international standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and internal safety audits to identify risks and ensure compliance.
- Lead investigations into workplace accidents and incidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Deliver safety training and awareness sessions to site personnel.
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to promote a proactive safety culture.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is mandatory.
- 12–15 years of experience in construction safety is required.
- IGC (NEBOSH International General Certificate) certification is a must.
- ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certifications are preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
