Job Description

Are you passionate about creating safe and compliant work environments? We are looking for a Safety Officer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to join our team and help us maintain the highest standards of workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with local, national, and international safety regulations (including OSHA).
- Identify hazards, monitor work conditions, and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Maintain and inspect safety equipment (PPE, first aid kits, extinguishers).
- Report and investigate incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions.
- Provide safety training and emergency response guidance.
- Keep accurate documentation of inspections, trainings, and reports.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
- OSHA (General & Construction) certification is a must.
- First Aid and Firefighting certified.
- Strong knowledge in hazard control, fire safety, and environmental safety practices.
- Excellent communication, observation, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in project-based environments.
