Health & safety officer (Titan Ignite Management Trainee Program)

Titan Ignite Management Trainee 1 year program 

Purpose:

This is a developmental role designed for fresh graduates or early-career professionals aiming to build a strong foundation in Health & Safety (H&S). The selected candidate will receive structured coaching and practical exposure to all H&S-related activities both on-site and in-office, to become a well-rounded H&S Engineer.

The H&S Officer Trainee will learn:

1. On-Site Exposure & Learning

• Participate in site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Support the H&S team in safety tours, drills, and emergency preparedness activities.
• Assist in delivering toolbox talks and safety-related training.
• Observe and contribute to incident investigation and root cause analysis.

2. Office-Based Development

• Contribute to HIRAC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Control) documentation.
• Support data analysis and reporting of H&S KPIs.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining safety documentation and records.
• Help develop presentations and materials for awareness campaigns and training.

3. Training & Coaching

• Receive continuous coaching and guidance from experienced H&S professionals.
• Attend internal and external trainings to build both technical and behavioral competencies.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with different departments (Operations, Maintenance, HR, etc.) to support the H&S culture.
• Engage with employees at all levels to promote safety awareness and behavioral safety practices.
