Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and proactive HSE Officer to oversee and implement Health, Safety, and Environmental policies at our ready-mix concrete production sites. The ideal candidate will ensure strict adherence to all relevant safety regulations and promote a strong safety culture across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures in compliance with local laws and industry standards.
Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits at plant and site locations.
Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental regulations (waste management, emissions, etc.).
Lead incident investigations and prepare reports with corrective/preventive actions.
Train staff and contractors on HSE best practices and emergency procedures.
Maintain safety records, permits, and documentation as required.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in HSE roles, preferably in the construction or ready-mix concrete industry.
Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations and standards.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced industrial environment.
