Job Description
- Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules and workflows.
- Ensure efficient use of materials, equipment, and personnel to meet production goals.
- Collaborate with quality control to identify and resolve defects or issues in production.
- Implement and maintain safety standards and procedures on the production floor.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical production or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- 5 to 7 years’ experience in the same field.
