Job Description
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot blow molding and injection molding machines.
- Plan and manage daily production schedules to meet quality and quantity targets.
- Ensure adherence to production quality standards and perform root cause analysis for defects.
- Implement and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for machines.
- Analyze and improve production workflows to reduce downtime and enhance efficiency.
- Work closely with the Quality and Maintenance teams to address production issues.
- Maintain documentation of production reports, quality checks, and performance metrics.
- Monitor raw material usage and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure availability.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in plastic manufacturing, specifically in polyethylene blow molding and injection molding processes.
- Strong knowledge of production quality standards and quality control tools.
- Familiarity with machine setup, calibration, and minor maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
