Job Description
Role Summary:
We are seeking a BIM-focused architect with 2–5 years experience. You’ll develop models, produce drawings, and coordinate with other disciplines under the BIM Manager’s & Seniors’ guidance. Interest in AI tools to enhance productivity is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update BIM models and drawings.
- Assist in design development and documentation.
- Support coordination with MEP/Structural disciplines.
- Apply BIM standards and contribute to quality checks and troubleshooting.
- Explore AI tools / Dynamo / Plugins for modelling and repetitive tasks.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of experience in architectural/BIM projects.
- Strong Revit skills and BIM workflow knowledge.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- AI interest is a plus.
