Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented BIM Architect / BIM Modeler to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is experienced in architectural drafting and 3D modeling using BIM tools, with a strong grasp of coordination and documentation workflows. This role focuses on producing high-quality drawings and BIM models across a variety of project types.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate BIM models and detailed drawings throughout all project phases
- Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, and other disciplines
- Ensure model accuracy, compliance with project requirements, and adherence to company and industry standards
- Support the design team with technical drafting, revisions, and model updates
- Participate in model reviews and clash detection processes
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in BIM modeling and drafting using Revit
- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and documentation standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with Navisworks is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work
