Job Description
- Develop detailed 3D BIM models for structural and precast systems using industry-standard software.
- Produce accurate shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and construction documents based on project requirements.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and design intent.
- Integrate BIM workflows with traditional engineering processes to optimize project delivery and coordination.
- Identify and resolve clashes, inconsistencies, or constructability issues within BIM models.
- Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with project standards.
- Support the implementation of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices across all projects.
- Assist in quantity take-offs, material scheduling, and other data extraction tasks from BIM models.
- Participate in project meetings to provide technical input and coordinate design changes.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality, accuracy, and timeline expectations.

Job Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in BIM modeling or drafting within the engineering or construction industry.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of structural systems, particularly precast and reinforced concrete elements.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Experience with BIM coordination, clash detection, and model management.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality deliverables.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced office environment.
- Familiarity with BIM standards, protocols, and industry best practices.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and workflows.
