Senior Designer Architect

Responsibilities:

• Create innovative design concepts for projects.
• Prepare all design plans for presentation to clients.
• Create 3D/2D models and renderings to help clients visualize designs.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and organize simultaneous assignments and work under tight deadlines.
• Teamwork abilities and working collaboratively with staff members.
• Review, evaluate, and approve architectural and engineering drawings, ensuring alignment with project goals and regulatory requirements.
• Provide strategic input on design direction, material selection, sustainability, and value engineering.
• Ensure design deliverables are technically sound, buildable, and meet performance
• Monitor design risks and proactively resolve issues to maintain project progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in architectural design and design management.
• Strong knowledge of international building codes, standards, and best practices.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, etc.…).
• Strong presentation skills ( 3D Max, Lumion, etc..).
• Strong knowledge for AI tools.
