Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Create BIM Models from 2D drawing provided by Clients.
- Develop Revit Models Further from LOD 200 up to LOD 400
- Preparing and managing shop drawings, schedules, and quantities derived from BIM models.
- Ensure adherence to BIM workflows and Company Standards.
- Collaborate with Structural, MEP engineers, and other consultants to align and integrate models.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering.
- 2-5 Years of Experience.
- Experience in Shop Drawings Generated from Revit Models.
- Awareness of BIM Workflows and Good knowledge working with BIM Execution Plans.
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and Autocad software.
- Very good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Dynamo, Python, or other scripting tools for BIM automation.
- Knowledge of international BIM standards like ISO 19650 and BS1192.
