Job Description
- Develop strong and trusted relationship with customers through timely and accurate communications.
- Handling client inquiries.
- Assist and work with Client Relation Manager to Promote Client Satisfaction
- Coordinate calls, meetings and communications between management and customers.
- Assist Business Development and Client Relations teams in developing materials and proposals.
- Maintain and update documents related to customer accounts.
- Support in Developing new business opportunities in every customer communication.
- Generate customer reports on periodic basis.
- Acts as a liaison for the team with other divisions in the company.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements
- Strong Business English both verbal and written
- Intermediate - advanced use of MS program
- CRM software experience
- Customer service and Customer Retention experience with good track record
- Preferable at least 3 years of related experience in the same industry
- Experience and knowledge of Business Process Outsourcing industry and call center industry
