Job Description

  • Develop strong and trusted relationship with customers through timely and accurate communications.
  • Handling client inquiries.
  • Assist and work with Client Relation Manager to Promote Client Satisfaction
  • Coordinate calls, meetings and communications between management and customers.
  • Assist Business Development and Client Relations teams in developing materials and proposals.
  • Maintain and update documents related to customer accounts.
  • Support in Developing new business opportunities in every customer communication.
  • Generate customer reports on periodic basis.
  • Acts as a liaison for the team with other divisions in the company.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Strong Business English both verbal and written
  • Intermediate - advanced use of MS program
  • CRM software experience
  • Customer service and Customer Retention experience with good track record
  • Preferable at least 3 years of related experience in the same industry
  • Experience and knowledge of Business Process Outsourcing industry and call center industry
