Job Title: International Logistics & Clearance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced International Logistics & Clearance Specialist to manage and oversee the clearance process for both inbound and outbound shipments. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Egypt’s customs regulations, free zone procedures, and digital trade platforms such as Nafeza and CargoX. This role is critical to ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient international trade operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on free zone clearance procedures, ensuring full compliance with local regulations.
• Coordinate and monitor import clearance at various Egyptian ports.
• Track and follow up on inbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and proper documentation.
• Monitor outbound shipments to ensure accurate documentation and timely dispatch.
• Liaise with customs authorities, clearance agents, and freight forwarders to ensure efficient clearance operations.
• Maintain detailed records of import/export documents and clearance statuses.
• Issue ACID numbers via the Nafeza platform and ensure proper CargoX document uploads.
• Work directly on the Nafeza platform to manage pre-clearance procedures and document submissions.
• Operate and manage digital trade documentation via the CargoX platform.
• Ensure all shipments comply with Egyptian customs regulations and international trade laws.
