Ensure all oriental weavers’ Material related suppliers are within the scope of Supplier development program.
Establish an adequate quality management system for all manufacturing and non-manufacturing activities within Oriental Weavers Company.
Ensure all requirement of relevant and/or certified standards are well implemented and routinely audited.
Ensure all customer complaint from local and foreign markets are handled in a proper way to prevent their recurrence.

B.Sc. of Engineering or equivalent from reputable university.
10 years at least practical experience in Quality Assurance out of them 3-5 years as managers in big or multinational organizations.
Conduct awareness and training sessions for ISO 9001-2015 himself to different managerial levels of the organization is a must.
Conduct 1st and 2nd party audit himself is a must, conducting 3rd party audit is an option.
Building a new Quality management system and create documented procedures himself is a must.
Lead Auditor according to ISO 9001-2015 is a must, Lead Auditor according to other management system such as ISO 14001, 45001, 50001 is an option.
Problem solving techniques.
Cooperative and good communicator with all parties and different level of the organization.
Leadership skills to manage and coach his team and supportive function.
Awareness of Quality Control and Continuous improvement activities.
Good data analyzer.
Report writing skills.
Presentation Skills.
Good Command of English.
