Job Description
- We are looking for a Client Relations Manager to create and nurture long-term relationships with clients . You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure clients are satisfied with our services.
- In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them. If you also have a background in customer service and knowledge of our industry, we’d like to meet you.
- Your goal will be to help us safeguard our revenue and retain our clients.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Build positive relationship with existing and new clients
- Provide client support and handle client communications effectively
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally
- Inform clients about company products and services
- Ensure clients requests are handled timely and accurately
- Develop new strategies to improve client service and satisfaction
- Maintain up to date knowledge about the markets and the product
- Create plans to address clients’ inquiries and complaints.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, Trading, Senior Management to address clients' needs)
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager
- Background in customer service preferably in banking and investment, knowledge in the precious metals market is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work well with a team
- Willingness to learn
- Fluent in English and Arabic a third language is a plus Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, marketing or related field
