Job Description
- Develop the business by uncovering new opportunities.
- Manage a volume business i.e. many deals in a given period. CRM internal tool is used to follow up opportunities.
- Win deals in a competitive environment to over achieve targets.
- Own and deliver a monthly sales target
- Sell solutions and services to new & existing customers
- Build successful sales campaigns using social media, marketing and outbound customer engagement activities
- Prepare & Deliver online demonstrations of your business solutions to prospective clients.
- Liaise with business contacts to develop & manage relationships, identifying new opportunities to sell products and services.
- Sells products and projects by Create and implement sales plans.
- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories and projecting expected sales volumes and profit for existing and new products.
- Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a sales representative
- 3to4 year working experience of industry sales experiencing sales
- Experience in creatinine sales plans for Technology companies with mixed offering for products and projects.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with mobile apps , web portals and ERP system along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- BS/BA degree or equivalent
- Experience on Gulf is preferable.
