Job Description
Incubate and mentor sales associates’ personal and key accounts, providing one-to-one guidance. Develop and implement account matrix growth strategies (followers, engagement, conversion). Plan and manage content rhythm, align with campaigns and product launches. Communicate with sales associates, provide regular account reviews and optimization suggestions. Monitor and analyze account performance data, output weekly/monthly reports, and adjust strategies accordingly.

-Minimum 2 years in social media operations
-Preferably with MCN, KOL/KOS incubation, or account matrix management experience
-Experience with TikTok/Facebook/Instagram operations is a plus
-Should have practical experience in social media account incubation and growth; familiarity with guiding sales associates or influencers is preferred
