Job Description
- Preparing and processing customer contracts.
- Receive implementation drawings and coordinate with the engineering department to meet customer needs.
- Follow up with the client to ensure his/her satisfaction with all matters until the stage of delivery.
- Hand over to clients the complete reference for policies and procedures.
- Dealing with clients in the event of some problems and escalation from the rest of the team.
- Follow up on modifications and coordinate with project management to fulfill the client's amendment request and ensure that the necessary action is done.
- Preparing contracts for new units and following up their approval until the stage of delivering them to the customer after receiving the payment data and the like from the Sales Department.
- Preparing lease contracts for stores.
- Making tax adjustments and the like, and printing contracts after the amendment again
- Answer customers' inquiries regarding payment delay, advance payment or rescheduling
- Other than that, including exceptions for some customers by the head of the commercial sector.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including A-level and B-level
- Solid experience with CRM software
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
