Job Description
- Provide dynamic and creative leadership through guiding and training the Residential team.
- Support Residential agents to achieve their targets.
- Provide direct coaching and training to the Residential team.
- Supports all Residential team in meetings and monitors handling to clients.
- Meets clients and solve their issues with the Residential team if needed.
- Conduct weekly meetings with the Residential team and follow up on their achievements and provide a report to Sales Manager .
- Performs quarterly evaluations (KPIs) with the Residential team and reports to Sales Manager .
- Ensure a smooth and dynamic workflow.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree is Must.
- Females only.
- 5 - 8 Years of experience in Real Estate Field.
- Proven working experience as Residential Sales Team leader at least 1 - 3 years .
- MUST own a Car.
- Prefer residence nearby New Cairo , Nasr City , Heliopolis & other around residency.
- Presentable.
- Fluent in English .
- Outstanding Communication Skills and leader ship skills.
- Self Motivated.
- Graduated from AUC, BUC…. is preferred
