Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts to achieve annual sales targets.
Identify new potential customers to maximize sales and keep an updated customers' database.
Monitor feedback from customers to measure their satisfaction with company products.
Maintain all required records of sales and other relevant information to enable performance to be measured and monitored.
Develop all necessary procedures and processes to ensure that sales operation runs efficiently and effectively to achieve required objectives.
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and other relevant bodies to ensure that the company’s maximum sales potential is realized.
Monitor the performance of competitors to ensure that the company maintains and develops its competitive position.
Supervise, prepare and submit periodic reports as required and commit to due dates.
Be responsible for subordinates’ coaching, appraisal, motivation and development of knowledge, skills and abilities to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained to meet the required targets and that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
More than 10 years
10 + years of experience in a sales position in the field of lubricants or FMCG is a MUST.
