Job Description
- Study and work to update company & departments' org. charts.
- Work closely with the HR director to create & implement systems.
- preparing & updating the job descriptions for employees.
- Salary structure creation, analysis, and periodical revision.
- Assist to make KPI's for every department & employee.
- Help to implement an evaluation system.
- Analyze root causes for organizational problems and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop a strategic plan to achieve organizational goals.
- Develop best practices to improve organizational performance and effectiveness.
- Development program to support organizational growth.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or any similar discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR.
- Good knowledge of labor law.
- Very good English skills (written, spoken, reading, and writing).
- Excellent Microsoft skills.
- Communication and leadership skills.
- Presentable and creative.
