About the role:As a Head of Channels Development, you will work on managing the company current business partners and approach new partners mainly in the GCC, and East/West/North Africa. These partners will get B2B leads to the company. You will also be developing and managing sales channels through selected partners, creating and implementing partner-specific business plans that deliver sales growth for the company.Duties & Responsibilities:Responsible for the day-to-day relationship management of channel partners.Act as a liaison between the company BD team and assigned channel partners in the potential leads.Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and prospective regional channel partners.Responsible for approaching and signing agreements with regional potential partners in the targeted territories.Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.Manage direct/channel conflict by fostering excellent communication between the channel and direct teams.Ensures partner compliance with Channel Partner agreements.Participate in the partner planning process that focuses on mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and main milestones associated with a profitable partner relationship.Required Skills & Abilities:Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners and our teams.Strong personal network within the industry.Driven, highly motivated and results driven.Ability to travel if needed and comply with the company's travel policy.
