Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple restaurants, ensuring smooth service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant managers and staff.
- Financial Management: Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability. Implement strategies to optimize costs and increase revenue.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Customer Satisfaction: Prioritize customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and effectively. Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve guest experiences.
- Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
