Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurants Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our multiple restaurant locations. The ideal candidate will be a passionate food and hospitality professional with a proven track record of success in restaurant management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple restaurants, ensuring smooth service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant managers and staff.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability. Implement strategies to optimize costs and increase revenue.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Prioritize customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and effectively. Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve guest experiences.
  • Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Compliance and Regulations: Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations, including labor laws, health codes, and liquor licensing.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Operations Manager or similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical abilities
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
