Job Description
- Developing action plan to fulfill company objectives
- Operating as the lead point of contact for matters specific to accounts
- Attending daily visits and delivering company's register
- Building and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships
- Collecting and analyzing data that might help in improving client service
- Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Opening new markets and negotiating initially with customers
- Preparing weekly reports on account status
- Following up with customers an identifying area of Improvements
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor deals progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
Job Requirements
- Have Bachelor Degree.
- Understanding of market and industry conditions.
- 3-5 years' experience.
