Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team and drive the user experience and interface design of our software products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring a seamless user experience and interface design.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to define requirements, prioritize features, and align design goals with business objectives.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gain insights into user behaviors, preferences, and pain points, and translate findings into actionable design solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and design best practices to continuously improve the user experience.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Fluent in English.
Minimum 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects and design solutions.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
Experience with user research methodologies, including conducting interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
