Role Summary:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design processes from user research, wireframing, and prototyping to final delivery.
- Translate product requirements and user feedback into compelling, user-centered designs.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback and data insights.
- Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of design specifications.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving design processes and culture.
- Conduct and synthesize market research to identify user needs, emerging trends, and opportunities for product differentiation.
- Perform competitive analysis to benchmark user experiences, interface patterns, and feature sets of competitor products.
- Translate research insights into actionable design strategies and product features.
- Provide regular reports and presentations to product and leadership teams to inform business decisions.
- Stay current with industry developments, technology trends, and UX/UI best practices.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio of design projects.
- Expertise in design tools like Figma, Adobe, Sketch, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability.
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into product improvements.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end frameworks is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Experience designing for accessibility (WCAG standards).
- Knowledge of design systems like Material Design, Fluent UI, or similar.
