Position Overview
As a Graphic Designer / Video Editor, you will be a key visual storyteller, responsible for crafting compelling marketing creatives, promotional videos, store assets, and in-game branding elements that resonate with millions of mobile gamers worldwide. You will work at the intersection of game marketing, user acquisition, and brand development, ensuring that our visual output aligns with top-tier industry standards while supporting our aggressive prototype production pipeline.
This role requires a creative mind with technical skill, deep knowledge of mobile gaming aesthetics (especially hyper/hybrid casual), and an understanding of how to drive visual performance through testing and iteration.

Role and Responsibilities
Marketing Creatives & Game Ads
- Video Ad Creation: Design, edit, and animate short-form, high-performance video ads for mobile UA campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Unity Ads.
- Motion Graphics & Trailers: Produce gameplay trailers, app store previews, and launch videos that communicate the game’s appeal quickly and clearly.
- Benchmarking & Iteration: Regularly analyze trends and competitors' creatives to benchmark industry standards and test new visual directions.
- General Video Production Support: Create company presentation videos, pitch videos for investors or partners, studio reels, team highlight videos, behind-the-scenes videos, and internal communication content as needed.
- Template Creation & Management: Build and manage reusable video templates, intros/outros, and brand animation assets for consistent use across different teams and departments.
Graphic Design & Branding
- Store Assets: Create compelling app icons, feature graphics, screenshots, and promotional banners for iOS/Google Play.
- UI Mockups & Game Visual Support: Design UI references, overlays, and branding assets for prototypes and internal presentations.
- Social Content: Design social media visuals, promotional posts, and community-facing content for key game announcements and events.
- General Graphic Design Support: Assist with broader visual needs including pitch decks, investor presentations, internal documents, branded company templates, and basic website visuals.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all visual materials—whether for games, internal use, or external partnerships—maintain a consistent, high-quality visual identity aligned with the studio’s brand tone and goals.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Agile Sprint Support: Work closely with product teams (designers, artists, marketers) across multiple game prototypes each month.
- Creative Testing Alignment: Collaborate with marketing and publishing teams to understand which visual styles, pacing, and narratives perform best in ads.
- Feedback Integration: Receive and implement feedback rapidly from team leads, publishers, and performance data to improve creative impact.
Job Requirements
Requirements and Expectations
Software Proficiency:
- Expert in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
- Comfortable with Illustrator.
- Bonus: Experience with 3D tools (Blender, Cinema 4D) or Unity for asset manipulation or gameplay captures.
Creative Skills:
- Strong sense of motion design, pacing, visual hierarchy, and mobile-first composition.
- Familiar with editing gameplay footage, applying UI elements, and producing export-ready formats.
Marketing Awareness:
- Solid understanding of how creatives influence UA metrics (CTR, CPI, retention).
- Experience optimizing creatives for ad A/B testing.
Soft Skills
- Fast, flexible, and responsive in a highly agile environment.
- Detail-oriented while balancing the speed of delivery.
