We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 3D Designer – Events & Exhibitions to join our creative team. This role requires someone who can bring concepts to life through dynamic, engaging, and technically sound 3D designs across events, exhibitions, and stage productions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop creative 3D concepts for events, exhibition stands, stages, and decorative elements.
* Interpret client briefs and translate them into visually compelling and practical 3D designs.
* Create realistic renderings, mood boards, and detailed presentations for internal and client review.
* Produce technical drawings and production-ready files.
* Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility.
* Assist with the creation of motion graphics and event visuals when needed.
Must be fluent in English – both spoken and written – to understand and communicate with clients in a professional and effective manner.

Job Requirements
* Job Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in 3D design for events or exhibitions.
* Strong understanding of booth structures, stage layouts, and event flow.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
* Strong portfolio showcasing previous 3D event or exhibition design work.
* Technical Skills (All Required):
* Proficiency in 3D design software: 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, SketchUp, or similar.
* Strong rendering capabilities using V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, or equivalent.
* Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
* Ability to read and produce technical drawings and translate floorplans into creative 3D visuals.
* Knowledge of materials, structural elements, and production techniques used in event and exhibition setups.
Additional Skills & Tools:
* AutoCAD
* Adobe After Effects (motion graphics)
