Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and visually appealing designs for a range of materials, including:
- Website graphics and assets
- Social media content (posts, ads, stories)
- Marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, posters)
- Branding materials (logos, style guides)
- Email templates
- Collaborate with marketing, to understand project requirements and target audiences.
- Present design concepts and effectively communicate design decisions.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and meet quality standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative input.
Job Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools e.g., Figma, Sketch, Canva.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Solid understanding of design principles (typography, layout, color theory, composition).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
