Graphic Designer Job Description
We are looking for a full-time in house graphic designer to lead and manage digital and print designs across all departments, with a particular focus on marketing and branding initiatives. Responsibilities include overseeing all graphic design tasks, refining concepts and drafts, and contributing original, creative ideas.
To be successful as a graphic designer, you should have extensive knowledge of graphic design, styles, and techniques. You should also have experience in implementing marketing campaigns. Ultimately, the ideal candidate will play a key role in visually communicating the company’s mission, enhancing brand perception, and supporting business objectives through compelling design across all platforms.
Graphic Designer Responsibilities:
- Designing a wide range of creative assets, including social media graphics, corporate presentations, internal reports, infographics, UI mockups, event branding, and motion videos.
- Maintaining and evolving the company’s visual identity across platforms and formats.
- Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery.
- Generating fresh and innovative design concepts.
- Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
- Collaborating with marketing and other departments to ensure timely delivery of design assets and alignment with project goals.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry developments.
- Reviewing designs & video drafts to ensure quality.
Job Requirements
- Portfolio with design projects.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a graphic designer in an agency or in-house setting, ideally with exposure to both digital and print media.
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related software.
- A keen eye for visual details & aesthetic skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members.
- Solid understanding of branding, layout, color theory, and typography.
- Familiarity with design systems, responsive design, and UI/UX basics is a plus.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of project management tools is an advantage.
- Experience designing for both Arabic and English audiences is preferred.
- Photography, videography, or animation skills are a plus.
