Job Description
- Design visually engaging graphics, layouts, and infographics for digital and print educational materials.
- Create brand-aligned templates to ensure consistency across all learning and marketing content.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and content teams to visualize abstract or complex concepts clearly.
- Prepare and optimize graphic assets for use in videos, animations, websites, and LMS platforms.
- Adapt graphics for social media, ensuring high engagement and visual clarity across various channels.
- Maintain and organize a structured digital asset library for efficient access and reuse.
- Stay updated with design trends and integrate innovative techniques to enhance educational content.
- Ensure all outputs meet creative and technical quality standards.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a graphic designer, with a portfolio showcasing 2D design work, preferably in education or digital content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other industry-standard design tools.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to translate educational objectives into clear, engaging visuals.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices for digital and print content.
- Experience designing for social media platforms is a plus.
