Job Description
- Conceptualize, edit, and produce engaging video content for social media, ads, product demos, landing pages, and internal communications.
- Design and animate motion graphics for intros, transitions, lower thirds, explainers, and branded assets.
- Use AI tools (e.g., Runway, Descript, Adobe Sensei, Pika, Synthesia, etc.) to streamline editing, generate visual elements, and experiment with new forms of storytelling.
- Repurpose long-form content into platform-optimized short videos for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and marketers to align visuals with brand tone and campaign strategy.
- Organize and manage video assets, templates, and project files efficiently.
- Contribute to evolving our video style guide, templates, and creative workflows using automation where appropriate.
- Stay up to date with AI trends in video creation and motion design, suggesting new tools or techniques to improve production speed and quality.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in video editing and motion design.
- Proficiency in (2D/ 3D Animation Tool, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of video projects and motion work.
- Proven experience using AI video tools.
- Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, and sound design.
- Experience with different formats, aspect ratios, and platform requirements (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Ability to take creative direction and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
