Job Description
- Edit and produce high-quality video content from pre-recorded footage for real estate promotions, events, and client communications
- Add music, transitions, branding elements, subtitles, and basic effects to create clean and professional outputs
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project goals and deliver engaging visuals that align with the brand identity
- Ensure all videos are optimized for various platforms, including social media, presentations, and websites
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time
- Maintain an organized library of project files, templates, and video assets
- Apply basic motion elements when needed, such as text overlays or logo animations
- Stay updated on best practices and trends in video editing, especially in the real estate and marketing field
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2–4 years of proven experience as a Video Editor
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is required
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop (basic After Effects is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail, sense of timing, and visual storytelling
- Ability to work with brand guidelines and follow creative briefs
- Familiarity with different video formats and platform-specific requirements
- Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and communication skills
