Our brand is driven by high-quality materials, sustainable fabrics, vibrant colorways, and creative visual storytelling. We are building our core team and looking for a talented Content Creator & Designer to bring AYLA’s visual identity to life across social media and campaigns.
Role Overview
We are hiring a part-time Content Creator & Designer who will be responsible for producing high-quality photos, videos, and social media content. You will work closely with our Social Media Marketing Manager and directly with the CEO, ensuring all content reflects AYLA’s brand identity and positioning.
This role is ideal for someone with strong creative and technical skills who can independently design, edit, and deliver visual assets across Instagram, TikTok, and e-commerce platforms.
Workload
Part Time Opportunity: Expected 15-25 hours per week
Responsibilities
Content Creation (Photos & Videos)
- Design and produce high-quality social media posts, reels, and TikTok videos.
- Edit raw content from photoshoots into polished posts, campaigns, and ad creatives.
- Create motion graphics, text overlays, and branded templates using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Develop short-form video content (trending reels, lifestyle edits, storytelling formats).
Collaboration
- Work hand-in-hand with the Social Media Marketing Manager to turn campaign ideas into executed visuals.
- Align with the CEO on creative direction and brand guidelines.
- Support photoshoots with editing, retouching, and final asset preparation.
Brand Alignment
- Ensure all designs follow AYLA’s brand identity, color palette, and visual tone.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance storytelling and improve audience engagement.

Job Requirements
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as a Content Creator, Designer, or Visual Editor (fashion/lifestyle brand experience preferred).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both photo editing & video creation skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, and Canva.
- Understanding of Instagram and TikTok content trends.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt creative ideas into visuals.
- Based in Egypt (remote-friendly, with potential involvement in shoots if needed).
