About The Job
We are a growing FinTech company seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our brand awareness efforts. This role is perfect for someone ready to take full responsibility for building and managing the digital marketing strategy for a gold trading platform that has yet to establish its social media presence. The successful candidate will create and implement a marketing plan, manage all social media activities, and develop impactful content to drive growth and brand recognition.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to build brand awareness and engagement from the ground up.
  • Create, manage, and moderate social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
  • Design, create, and publish content that aligns with our brand and attracts our target audience.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email, and social media marketing, to drive user engagement and acquisition.
  • Develop, execute, and monitor end-to-end digital marketing campaigns to promote products and services effectively.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Drive audience growth and engagement through effective content marketing and community management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to innovate and adjust marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the financial or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of successfully building and executing digital marketing campaigns from scratch.
  • Strong expertise in social media strategy, content creation, and online advertising.
  • Hands-on experience in managing major social media platforms and digital advertising channels.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent content creation skills, including writing, editing, and creating visual content.
  • Ability to develop engaging marketing campaigns that align with our brand and target audience.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Ability to lead and inspire creative strategies that drive audience engagement.
  • Experience working with startups and developing brand awareness from zero is highly advantageous.
